Folding instructions: Put handle in lower position, so the metal pin on left bar is under plastic push button. 1. MUST lock right back wheel with right foot pedal 2. With left hand press left plastic button on left side bar 3. With right hand press large plastic handle button 4. while still pressing, pull left hand back, push right hand forward to contract springs within side handle bars. Handle will move about 1 inch into side bars and unlock plastic mechanism in the middle of the side bars, at which point push handle straight down to floor to fold. I don't know why mechanism is so complicated that it requires two hands pressing, holding, pulling and pushing at the same time. My favorite stroller will always be Graco Quattro Tour (long discontinued) that folds literally with single hand under it's own weight. Unfold was single handed too. I've done it thousands of times while holding baby in the other hand.

why didnt make the rain cover cover the entire stroller? are we just gonna let the side and underseat basket get wet???

I received this stroller used. I have been trying to fold this stroller down for so long. Of all the videos on UA-cam, you have the ONLY video that CLEARLY shows what happens for fold down. Turns out our button is missing but we still have the trigger point. Thank you so much

What's really disappointing about this stroller is that it takes TWO HANDS to fold it :( so many now only take one hand. Super bummed. But I need something with a good warranty because I travel all the time. so this would be good

This was helpful but I felt a little bit silly not being able to figure out how to fold this. I used to simply put it as is in the back of my SUV. Now I know! Unfolding this caddy was not very intuitive!

Love everything about this stroller, EXCEPT the WHEELS are terrible quality, as is Uppababy customer service!! I've had this stroller for the past 2 years and change. Great large canopy, large storage, and it maneuvers beautifully. I live downtown in a large city and needed a stroller that didn't take up much space on sidewalks and in shops, cafes, etc. So in this way it has served me really well! Plus you get a rain cover and bug net. I spent extra cash (probably about $200!) to make my daily usage more enjoyable, such as a cup holder, snack tray, bar, car seat adaptor, newborn insert. And my growing loyalty to the brand even had me order the Uppababy G-lite umbrella stroller without even shopping around because I trusted their quality so much!! Then, less than a year in, I noticed the rear wheels wearing thin along the centre, and in no time the superficial rubber layer of the wheels SPLIT IN HALF! After emailing them all my info and photos, Uppababy customer service said this was unusual and sent me a new pair. It happend AGAIN a few months later, and AGAIN a few months after that!!! So in two years I have gone through 3 sets of rear wheels. But it doesn't end there... Uppababy Cruz clearly has to fix this wheel quality issue. My current wheels are completely wrecked, and suddenly I am getting snubbed by customer service who will not send me any more. They have been claiming for FOUR MONTHS that their wheels are "out of stock" and will send me a pair immediately. How about, stop lying or reimburse me for my troubles!! Now all the rubber of the rear wheels is falling apart. This is NOT a warranty issue, rather a poor quality that needs to be dealt with before more people cluelessly spend close to $1000 on the stroller plus accessories!!!

A few downsides from a current owner: 1.) The storage space is difficult to access with the bassinet in place. 2.) The front suspension is so stiff, a nearly 200 pound man cannot compress it (so how would it ever work on a newborn to 50 pound child?). 3.) The breathing holes in the bassinet are a gimmick since only hurricane-force winds would be able to blow through all the fabric layers. 4.) There isn't really a great place to hold onto the stroller when you are carrying it from house to car. 5.) It's not quite as easy to fold as some others on the market. Otherwise, it's a good and sold unit with nice features (magnetic flap over mesh peek-a-boo hole) and expanding options.

Any way you can show it with the rain cover? I live in a very rainy climate and walk a lot. Great video!
